Digital Project Manager

At MALHERBE PARIS, our independent creative agency at the crossroads of art and commerce.

Joining Malherbe means becoming part of a growing team, working on projects for luxury, beauty, and cosmetics brands. The role is hybrid: roughly 20% pre-sales, 80% project delivery. You are the key client contact, the bridge between internal teams, and the person responsible for quality at every stage.

Projects are varied (websites, e-commerce, immersive digital experiences, social media, and omnichannel customer journeys) for international clients. The role comes with strong autonomy and real growth opportunities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You lead digital projects end to end, from scoping to delivery, in close collaboration with creative, strategy, tech, and client teams. Your day-to-day includes the following:

● Pre-sales involvement: understanding client challenges, contributing to commercial proposals and pitches

● Project scoping: objectives, scope, timeline, budget, methodology

● Coordination of internal teams and partners: creative briefs, UX/UI follow-up, development sprints, QA

● Operational project management: planning, risk management, deliverables, rituals and reporting, cost control

● Day-to-day client relationship: proactive communication, arbitration, escalation

● Delivery through go-live and post-launch

● Operational management of junior profiles within the project team

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You have at least 4 years of experience in digital project management, ideally in an agency setting. You have a solid understanding of the luxury and/or cosmetics industry.

You are comfortable managing a wide range of digital projects: brand websites, e-commerce, and digital experiences. You know how to scope and run projects with a strong creative and editorial component (content production and art direction) as well as more technical ones.

You are confident in pre-sales contexts, able to structure a commercial response and anticipate needs from the very start. You know how to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, handle tensions constructively, and maintain quality under pressure.

Fluent English is required, both written and spoken.

Terrace Boulud: A Culinary Journey Above the Skyline

Perched on the 25th floor of the Prince’s Building, Terrace Boulud is a new landmark where the soul of a French brasserie meets the vibrant energy of Hong Kong. Born from a collaboration between Mandarin Oriental and Chef Daniel Boulud, the space was conceived as a “Tropical Brasserie”—a refined sanctuary designed for the art of conversation.

The architecture by Malherbe Paris blends noble materiality, featuring selected rattan, bespoke timber, and a monumental Green Onyx bar. Every detail, from the custom lighting to the handcrafted botanical art by Cecilia Lai, creates a warm, tactile rhythm between city and sky.

Complementing the space, Medusa Malherbe crafted a visual identity inspired by the “Golden Age of Travel.” Conceived as a traveler’s diary, the branding bridges heritage and innovation through leather-bound menus and cinematic digital windows, celebrating a new era of collective joy.

Guerlain Tale of Wonders

Guerlain Tale of Wonders

Medusa Malherbe and Guerlain created “Tale of Wonders,” a festive story where fragrance becomes a life-giving force, opening the gates to a dream-like paper world.
In the Atelier, a single drop inspires and blossoms into the Gardens of Lights, source of the House’s iconic creations. The perfume, like the sap of Guerlain’s heritage, guides us through an olfactory dream where each creation comes to life.
We designed and built this paper-crafted universe and its poetic creatures as a tribute to Guerlain’s craftsmanship. The story unfolds through a Hero Movie and four digital capsules, revealing holiday wonders. For the fifth year, we proudly celebrate Guerlain’s artistic heritage through storytelling and enchantment.

Guerlain

Guerlain
