Ép!c opens a new 1400m2 temple for epicureans at Paris. They called on us to rethink the iconic Galeries Gourmandes and create a welcoming, surprising and refined space showcasing an incredible selection of French and international gastronomy. The spaces intelligently blend design, craftsmanship and works of art to create warm, gourmet worlds. There’s a huge cellar, an oil mill featuring a larger-than-life replica of an olive tree, a fresh produce area with a huge light fixture made from jam jars, and a bakery where the design is based around the wheat ear.
