Terrace Boulud: A Culinary Journey Above the Skyline

Perched on the 25th floor of the Prince’s Building, Terrace Boulud is a new landmark where the soul of a French brasserie meets the vibrant energy of Hong Kong. Born from a collaboration between Mandarin Oriental and Chef Daniel Boulud, the space was conceived as a “Tropical Brasserie”—a refined sanctuary designed for the art of conversation.

The architecture by Malherbe Paris blends noble materiality, featuring selected rattan, bespoke timber, and a monumental Green Onyx bar. Every detail, from the custom lighting to the handcrafted botanical art by Cecilia Lai, creates a warm, tactile rhythm between city and sky.

Complementing the space, Medusa Malherbe crafted a visual identity inspired by the “Golden Age of Travel.” Conceived as a traveler’s diary, the branding bridges heritage and innovation through leather-bound menus and cinematic digital windows, celebrating a new era of collective joy.
