We are looking for a Brand Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in branding agencies. This role requires a proactive, organized individual with a strong grasp of client relations and project operations, from managing schedules and budgets to coordinating creative and external teams. Fluency in English is essential, as well as outstanding communication and writing skills in both French and English. This position will support our clients in creating holistic brand experiences, overseeing each project’s life cycle, and maintaining high standards in client engagement to foster loyalty and expand our brand portfolio.

Role requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relations:
- Manage the client meeting schedule and internal updates
- Participate in initial project briefings and convert them into creative briefs
- Write minutes for client meetings and key internal discussions
- Assist with the preparation of estimates and schedules for new projects
- Act as the spokesperson for creative recommendations, ensuring alignment with client briefs, budget constraints, and timelines
- Provide consistent, effective internal reporting to the account management, creative direction, and project teams
- Manage daily emails, centralizing and organizing information
- Ensure high-quality client relations to foster loyalty and expand the brand portfolio
Project Operations Management:
- Oversee budget tracking: ensure proper accounting and profitability reporting for each project
- Formalize client estimates and monitor approvals through to invoicing
- Negotiate supplier estimates and issue purchase orders
- Ensure project timelines are adhered to and manage scheduling
- Oversee and coordinate external suppliers (production studios, photographers, freelancers, etc.)
- Organize, anticipate, and coordinate creative team schedules for projects

Qualities & characteristics
- 3-5 years of experience in a branding agency
- Degree from a top communication or business school
- Fluent English required
- Self-driven and highly organized
- Strong interpersonal skills, internally and with clients
- Impeccable writing skills in both French and English
- Analytical and synthesizing skills
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote)
