As part of its expansion in France and internationally, the Medusa Malherbe agency is looking to strengthen its brand content and activation team.

Your Mission

As a Consulting Director, you will be a strategic partner to your clients and the guarantor of the quality and consistency of the agency’s recommendations. You will orchestrate global campaign projects—from briefing to delivery—in close collaboration with the creative, strategic planning, and production teams.

  • Role requirements

    Strategy & Consulting

    • Deep understanding of brands, their business, marketing, and social media challenges

    • Development of strategic and creative recommendations in response to client briefs (campaigns, brand content, activations, productions, etc.)

    • Active participation in the agency’s strategic thinking

    • Ongoing client advisory: providing strategic input, anticipating needs, and challenging directions

     

    Project Management & Client Relations

    • Overseeing major accounts in the luxury and premium sectors

    • Strengthening and maintaining client relationships (marketing directors, C-level executives, etc.)

    • Coordinating project teams (project managers, creatives, strategists, production teams, etc.)

    • Ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met

     

    Agency Development

    • Contributing to pitches and business development

    • Enhancing the agency’s visibility and reputation

    • Developing new service offerings with a forward-thinking approach

  • Qualities & characteristics

    • 8 to 12 years of experience in a communications agency (luxury, premium, branding, or advertising)

    • Deep understanding of brands, luxury, creativity, and social media trends

    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, inspire, and manage cross-functional teams

    • Strategic and analytical mindset, able to translate insights into actionable business opportunities

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of crafting clear, compelling, and strategic materials for clients and internal teams

    • Proven ability to manage high-level client relationships, anticipate needs, and drive long-term partnerships

    • Creative problem-solver with a proactive and results-driven approach

    • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for challenges and business development

    • Resilience, adaptability, and ability to perform under pressure

    • Fluent in English (essential for working with an international clientele)
