As part of its development in France and internationally, Medusa Malherbe is strengthening its business management team.
Under the supervision of the partners – and in close collaboration with the Business Director Partner – you will play a key role as Account Director in the development of Brand Content & Activation expertise within Medusa. You will manage major accounts in the luxury and premium sectors, support clients with their strategic challenges, and lead a dedicated team.
Under the supervision of the partners, and in close collaboration with the Business Director Partner, you will be responsible for the growth and performance of a team of three project managers.

Strategy & Consulting

In-depth analysis of brands and their business, marketing, and social media challenges.

Support and challenge strategic recommendations to ensure relevance and effective activation.

Ongoing client advisory: proactively suggest ideas, anticipate needs, and challenge strategic directions.

Active contribution to the agency’s overall strategic thinking.
Project Management & Client Relations

Oversight of major agency accounts in the luxury and premium sectors.

Nurturing and strengthening client relationships (marketing directors, C-level executives, etc.).

Coordination and management of project teams (project managers, creatives, strategists, production…).

Ensuring the quality of deliverables, adherence to timelines, and budget control.
Team Management

Supervision and support of a team of three project managers.

Skills development, coaching, and motivation of team members.

Structuring and optimizing internal processes to boost team efficiency.

Fostering a culture of high standards, creativity, and collaboration.
Agency Development

Participation in pitches and business development initiatives.

Qualities & characteristics

10 to 15 years of experience in advertising or brand content agencies, ideally within the luxury and premium sectors.

Strong knowledge of branding, luxury, creativity, and social media trends.

Proven leadership, diplomacy, and ability to unite and inspire teams.

Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for challenges and growth.

Fluent English required (international clients, multi-market projects).
