Account Manager – H/F

As an account manager at MALHERBE PARIS, you will be an integral part of a retail design business unit, reporting to the Creative Director. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, interior architects, 3D artists, and art directors, you will manage and develop key accounts in the cosmetics sector. This role requires a thoughtful approach to balancing strategic oversight, commercial management, and creative partnership to deliver solutions aligned with our clients’ needs and ambitions.

  • Role requirements

    PROJECT MANAGEMENT

     

    • Receive briefs for new projects, understand brand challenges and objectives, draft meeting minutes, establish strong client relationships, and manage projects in alignment with timelines, creative direction, and technical requirements.
    • Ensure proper financial management of accounts, track progress, oversee signed quotes and purchase orders.

     

     

    CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

     

    • Coordinate with creative teams from project briefing to final delivery.
    • Ensure mastery of services, adherence to deadlines, and high-quality project execution.

     

     

     

    COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT

     

    • Monitor budgets, schedules, and project profitability, ensuring budget compliance.
    • Provide commercial reporting.

     

     

    UPSELLING

    • Implement strategies to drive upselling, analyze new client needs.
  • Qualities & characteristics

     

    • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within an agency setting
    • Autonomous with strong organizational skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and a collaborative mindset
    • Proactive, innovative, and curious
    • Strong analytical, synthesis and writing skills
    • Creative, diplomatic and dynamic
    • Fluent in English
