We are currently seeking a New Business Develpment Manager in Shanghai.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  1. Identify key prospects
  2. Drive sales process to achieve sales target through planning and sales execution
  3. Follow very closely the different clients
  4. Promote Company’s services to local clients through cold calls mainly, or client face-to-face meeting, sales presentation and promotional events
  5. Collect market intelligence on industry trends and opportunities, customer feedback to spot sales opportunities and formulate strategic sales plan
  6. Prepare sales presentations and service proposals
  7. Assist with the preparation of sales plans, forecast, weekly reports and sales visit summary
  8. Solid executive presence to be able to access to CXO levels (CEO, CFO, Chairman, VP, etc.) of clients contacts persons
  9. Drive client interest to purchase a higher value added services of strategic importance
  10. Working closely with sales director
  11. Other Tasks assigned by line manager


Job requirements and qualifications:

  1. University level or equivalent, desire to sell, result and service oriented
  2. Minimum 5 years’ experience
  3. A plus: experience of selling to retailers, real estate developers, fashion brands, mass market retailers
  4. A plus: experience in retail design, architecture design
  5. Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  6. Creativity, innovation and entrepreneur spirit
  7. Ability to keep adequate and Hands-on attitude under stress and good time management
  8. Proactive, responsible and motivated self-starter
  9. Possess acute sense of market trends and customer needs
  10. Mature, passion to develop new business is required.
  11. Fluent in English and mandarin, both oral & written
