We are looking for a Project Director to join a new team and growing digital business unit within an established design and retail agency. An entrepreneurial project with great ambition! A key position in the organization, you will be responsible for a team of project managers, will build processes and guidelines and will ensure project deliverables meet deadlines and our best in class standards. 

  • Role requirements



    Team Management:


    • Manage team projects and recruit the future members of your team
    • Provide support in critical phases

    • Initiate programs to train, upskill, and develop the talent on the team

    • Set up the right processes and tools

    • In charge of the traffic creation management with creative managers support

    • Identify new tech or partners to work with


    Project Management:


    • Manage key projects with a dedicated team (project managers and account director)

    • Act as a primary day-to-day client contact across several large-scale projects

    • Builds good relationships with team members

    • Ensure project deliverables meet deadlines, stay within estimations, and are of world-class quality

  • Qualities & characteristics



    • At least 5 years experience as a senior project manager

    • Understanding and experience of web/internet and marketing; experience in business strategy, brand strategy, communication campaigns, creative design, as well as broad understanding of marketing/advertising elements of campaigns, annual plans, strategic goals and brand awareness
