Junior Recruitment Officer – H/F

We are looking for an intern or apprentice to support the Human Resources team on a variety of HR topics and projects. Reporting to the International Recruitment Manager, you will work on the search, selection and onboarding of talent for all our Business Units – Retail Design, Communication, Digital, support employees relations and collaborate on continuous improvement projects.

  • Role requirements

    MISSION :

     

    • Distribute the advertisements on the various job boards
    • Briefing managers to understand their needs and the profile they are looking for
    • Sourcing and selecting candidates: processing unsolicited applications, direct approach, hunting
    • Carrying out pre-qualification interviews by telephone, writing reports
    • Presenting candidates to managers and organising interviews on site or by video
    • Follow up on all applications and communicate decisions taken following interviews
    • Write and share promises of employment with successful candidates
    • Participate in the integration and processing of the administrative files of hired candidates
    • Maintain talent pools to anticipate the recruitment needs of the teams
    • Ensure a quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
    • Work on ad hoc recruitment-related tasks and projects
  • Qualities & characteristics

    PROFILE :

     

    • You have a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources, and have initial experience in recruitment
    • You are as comfortable speaking as writing, and are known for your interpersonal skills and your ability to build relationships with your contacts
    • You are organised and reactive, and show initiative and curiosity
    • You are agile and able to adapt to a constantly changing environment, and rigorous in order to be able to manage several missions at the same time
    • You are a team player, with the ability to work independently
    • You are fluent in English
