We are looking for a Project Manager to join a retail design team and support them in managing projects and their client portfolio. This is a 6 months internship aimed at students in their final year of Master’s program.

  • Role requirements



    Customer relationship:

    • Manage the schedule of customer meetings and internal progress meetings
    • Assist in taking briefs for new projects
    • Write client meetings reports
    • Follow-up on exchanges, reporting
    • Participate in the preparation of quotes
    • Read and respond to daily emails, centralizing all project information
    • Prioritize and update client feedback


    Project management:

    • Manager the request or issue of purchase orders
    • Review the financial performance and profitability of accounts, carry out the follow-up of signed quote
    • Be responsible for the deadlines set for the realization of the projects
    • Monitor budgets, schedules and profitability of projects
    • Monitor & coordinate external service providers
    • Organize and coordinate the schedule of the creative teams on the projects
  • Qualities & characteristics



    • Student in a business school looking for an end-of-studies internship, you have a first experience in project management
    • Interest in retail or design a plus

    • Good knowledge of office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Keynote)
