Digital Business Developer – H/F

We are looking for a Digital Business Developer to join a new team and growing digital business unit within an established design and retail agency. An entrepreneurial project with great ambition!

Your role will be to drive new client acquisition and help the organization obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. You will be responsible for targeting, developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients.

  • Role requirements

    Strategy :

     

    • Define the business development strategy focused on business growth and customer satisfaction
    • Define and identify targets of prospects/potential customers
    • Build connections, establish rapport and organize meetings with clients
    • Management of follow-ups and appointments, follow-up
    • Develop and maintain client relationships
    • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business

     

    Prospection :

     

    • Find new opportunities in the market through client prospecting and networking
    • Build the agency’s prospecting materials (presentation, emailings, etc.)
    • Monitor the market by following up on brand news (company acquisitions, appointments, etc.)
    • Manage and follow up on all incoming calls

     

    Calls for tender :

     

    • Lead and manage of call for tenders and competitions as an additional business stream
    • Draft briefs, methodologies and budgets
  • Qualities & characteristics

    • 5+ years experience in a similar position in an agency
    • You are an entrepreneur at heart, passionate about launching a new digital business unit
    • You are autonomous, a self-starter and like to take initiatives
    • You are passionate and want to share your knowledge in an educational way
    • You are a team player and want to be part of an ambitious project
    • Your fluent English allows you to interact with international teams and clients
