We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in NYC office and take charge of managing projects and their client portfolio. Our project are an hybrid on-line & off line. Digital experience is a must.



    Managing projects, Managing customer relationships, Managing sales, Developing a customer portfolio. You will be responsible respecting the scope, budget and schedule as well as the coordination of the project globally (clients, consultants, developers, internal, creatives, contractors).


    Project management: 

    • Briefing on new projects, understanding the subject, its issues and problems for the brands, writing the report, establishing an excellent commercial relationship and managing the project in accordance with the schedule, the creative and the technical aspects 
    • Organising the team’s work, respecting schedules, budgets and constraints 
    • Checking accounts are in order financially, carrying out follow-up, signing quotes and purchase orders 


    Customer relations: 

    • Overall management of client, account and the relationship, development/ negotiation of work methodologies and commercial proposals, follow-up/ coordination with the creative teams from the launch brief to project completion
    • Guaranteed control of services, deadlines for project completion and quality of project execution & deliverables. 


    Commercial management:  

    • Responsible for budget monitoring, schedules and profitability of projects, ensuring that budgets are respected 
    • Management and supervision of a team with project managers, junior account executives, assistants 
    • Empowering & motivating the team : motivating, supporting & energising.
    • Commercial reporting to the commercial director 
    • XL organisational charts 


    Managerial skills:  

    • As an entrepreneur, you are passionate about launching a new office and are ready to invest 200% of your time in it! 
    • Strong analytical, synthesis and writing skills 
    • Creativity, diplomacy, dynamism, fighting spirit, persuasiveness, curiosity, flexibility and good resistance to stress 
    • Fluent English / French is a plus
