Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will join a dynamic team on a human scale. Your main missions will be to manage, retain and develop several major accounts in the cosmetics sector.

  • Role requirements



    • Participate in the development of the Business Unit
    • Manage and develop a client portfolio
    • Advise clients and participate in the development of communication plans and strategies
    • Supervise projects: briefing, resource planning, creative development, production, schedules, budgets and reporting
    • Participate in calls for tenders and prospecting meetings




    • Lead client briefs for new projects / calls for tenders, understand brands and their needs
    • Participate in prospective meeting and contribute to strategic development
    • Organize the team’s workload, manage and answer to schedules, budgets, constraints




    • Manage budgets, planning and profitability of projects
    • Lead global client relationships, develop / negotiate methodologies and commercial proposals, follow-up / coordinate with the creative teams from brief to of project delivery
    • Manage and supervise a team of project managers
    • Report commercial status of projects to the commercial director
    • Build customer loyalty within your portfolio and identify growth opportunities of your accounts through: analysis of new customer needs, expansion opportunities, loyalty development, etc




    • Promote and sell the services of the agency at large
    • Proactively lead development of new services
    • Develop synergies, in-business within the group with our different business units
  • Qualities & characteristics



    • Minimum 10 years of experience in communication in an agency setting
    • Interest in the field of beauty and luxury
    • Autonomy and organizational skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and leadership
    • Management experience
    • Strong analytical, synthesis and writing skills
    • Creative, diplomatic, proactive
    • Curious and open minded
    • Fluent English
