MADURA inaugurated the first store with its new concept in the SO OUEST shopping mall in October 2012.
SIMPLIFIED CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:
This French brand of home textiles moved its concept forward (founded 41 years ago) by designing a modern store with a feminine and warm atmosphere. Orientation is clear and the signage didactic to enhance the brand’s “ready to take home” expertise.
A STORE LIKE HOME:
The store was designed like a Parisian apartment: solid parquet flooring, noble wood finishes, grey-taupe colour palette. The store’s look and feel, the furniture design, the contrast created by the lighting…everything was designed to enhance the MADURA collections.
A RETAIL CONCEPT:
The concept is resolutely retail and very effective. The merchandising was completely overhauled: creation of a fun “cushion bar”, the combination of different products within a colour range, a presentation area for best-sellers at the store’s entrance. A screen with a brand new stop-motion video was installed in the window to draw people in and create traffic.
